silverazure is pleased to offer UPS as our shipping provider.
Shipping to Canada and the United States are sent via UPS standard rates. Free shipping on orders over $100 US. Please ensure to click on Free Shipping option on the shipping cart at checkout/ payment in the shopping cart. Expect to receive orders within 7-14 business days after placement.
International Shipping
Please refer to specific shipping rates to international countries at checkout/payment in the shopping cart. Expect to receive orders within 10-17 business days after placement.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
silverazure is committed to our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the original, unused condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please contact service@silverazure.com and include the order number(s) to receive further instructions from silverAzure.
